LIVELIHOOD ENHANCEMENT & ENTERPRISE DEVELOPMENT PROJET

After the implementation of LEP projects, there was a moderate strategic shift from LEP to LEED – individual to group activities – to ensure sustainability in the light of lessons learnt during the implementation of LEP projects.
LEED objective is; “To identify poor & marginalized community and assist them both technically and financially for their economic empowerment i.e. better livelihood, employment & enterprise development & to encourage people to carry out their business activities in groups for sustainability
LEED strategy focuses on group based business interventions, to encourage people to carry out their business activities in groups which will not only be helpful in increased profit margins but will surely provide sustainability and strength to their businesses.
